2MW Multi-Site Programme
As part of the multi-site 2MW solar programme for Yattendon Estate, Your Eco delivered a temporary 306 kWp ground-mounted system to power the construction of new refrigerated facilities and a cutting room for the estate’s farm shop. Using 720 SolarEdge-optimised modules and three DC-optimised inverters, the installation provides immediate renewable energy benefits, with plans to relocate the array to the facility’s roof upon completion. This innovative solution is forecast to pay for itself in just four years, delivering a lifetime ROI of over 700% and offsetting more than 55 tonnes of CO₂ annually—fast-tracking Yattendon’s transition to energy independence and strengthening its position as a leader in sustainable rural enterprise.
Project Highlights
This 270 kW commercial solar PV system at Yattendon Estate features 720 QCells Q.TRON BLK M-G2+ SERIES_425 modules, expertly integrated with a custom façade mounting system for architectural appeal and long-term durability. Three SolarEdge SE90K inverters and 360 SolarEdge P850 optimisers ensure robust, efficient energy conversion and module-level performance. The system generates enough clean electricity each year to offset 55 tonnes of CO₂—the equivalent of planting 2,554 trees—and boasts an impressive 89.5% performance ratio. With a 30-year linear performance warranty on the modules and an expected ROI of 738%, this installation delivers both financial and environmental value.
