Numatic International Ltd partnered with Your Eco to deliver one of our largest commercial solar projects to date. The result is a bespoke, high-performance solar PV system designed to maximise energy generation, reduce carbon emissions, and support Numatic’s ongoing drive for operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. By adopting solar, Numatic International will save nearly 76 tonnes of CO₂ every year, which is the equivalent of planting over 3,400 trees. This project stands as a benchmark for industrial-scale sustainability, demonstrating how manufacturing sites can lead the way in reducing environmental impact while optimising energy costs.
Project Highlights
This 396 kW rooftop solar PV installation delivers an impressive 392.12 MWh of clean electricity each year, cutting CO₂ emissions by 75.83 tonnes annually, the equivalent of planting 3,483 trees. The system features 880 DMEGC 450 W N-type bifacial, double-glass, all-black modules, paired with 440 SolarEdge optimisers and four robust SolarEdge Synergy 90 kW inverters for maximum performance and reliability. Meticulously engineered as a bespoke retrofit, the solution integrates seamlessly with Numatic’s existing architecture, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and long-term resilience. VanderValk’s pitched trapezoidal rooftop mounting system underpins industry-leading durability and safety, while a 91% performance ratio showcases the system’s technical excellence. Beyond the numbers, this installation delivers lower operational costs, improved energy resilience, and a tangible boost to corporate sustainability credentials—proof that sustainability can be both practical and powerful.
