Project Lifecycle: Inception to Delivery
Your Eco deploys a comprehensive approach to delivering projects. Routed in our ex-military approach, each project whilst bespoke in design, adheres to strict protocol to ensure timely delivery.
The Client Journey
Step 1: We start by understanding your property, energy usage, and goals.

Step 2: Our design team prepares an initial proposal using satellite imagery and advanced software.
Step 3: Your enquiry is logged in our sales system for seamless tracking.
Development Phase
We create a detailed development pack, verify site layout and cable routes, and conduct all necessary surveys.
We handle grid connection (G99/DNO) applications. If adjustments are needed, we advise and reapply. No project moves forward until you approve the final design and quotation.
Operation & Planning
Internal handover and kick-off meetings confirm logistics, scope, and assign your dedicated project manager.
We build your project schedule in GANTTIC, prepare all health & safety paperwork, and finalise contracts and procurement.

We handle the details for a smoooth, on-time delivery.
Installation & Commissioning
Our certified teams install your system, followed by thorough testing and commissioning. We connect your system to the grid during a planned shutdown for safety and minimal disruption.

Finally, we set you up on SolarEdge monitoring for real-time performance tracking.
